Also have a cat tower, cat scratching post, and a small 1 story blue cat tree with hammock that cost me around 250$ but willing to sell everything for 100$.
Cat will come with remaining food(if any left at the time) got about a quarter of a 50lb bag left for now. Unless we have to re-up until we find him a home we will resort to the small bags. He also comes with his toys bed and any remaining litter.
He does love dogs, all he wants to do is play and snuggle with them. Since we found him at such a young age I changed litter all the time so he would get used to different litters. So he will use whatever works best for you. He is not picky by any means and will continue using the litter box no matter what brand, scented or unscented. Hes had no accidents in the house. Hes overall a really great cat and would make a great addition to your family.
