It is for a "Stubborn" larger dog, includes fence transmitter , power adapter, some of the wire and maybe 30 white boundary flags. Also, 1 receiver for a large dog collar and a second "Add-a-dog" collar. Instruction manual. We used it temporarily with our 60-80 lb GWP's and it worked great, but we no longer need it.
