The job consists of taking care of numerous commercial and residential rentals, All within a 7-mile radius in Roseburg. From complete remodel, decks, painting, fencing, some roofing, etc. We do it all! Starting pay is $27.00+ per hour.......Depending upon skill.
Must have your own tools, and transportation ( PU preferred).
Must have a legal driver's license, proof of liability insurance.
Verifiable job references. To be hired, must provide past 5 years of job reference(s) ( company name, boss name, ph number, to call for verification)........
Will need current urine test.

Work schedule: M to F. 9 am to 5:30 pm. Sometimes will be asked to work on a Saturday, if this occurs, you would have Friday or a Monday off. 40 hours a week, no overtime.
