An experienced Carpenter has at least five years of verifiable trade experience and builds to provided specifications with high levels of skill and craftsmanship from foundation to finish.
What You’ll Do
Skill in following instructions
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, elevations, and details.
Ability to layout and precisely measure walls, doors, windows, and fixtures.
Abiliity to select, cut, and prepare building materials.
Operate power tools safely (saws, drills, sanders, nail guns).
Ability to frame structural elements: walls, floors, and roofs.
Ability to install finishes: doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and flooring.
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and quality control to code.
Follow safety protocols; report hazards.
