Heathkit SB-400 in fair physical condition. Unit powers up and all tubes light up. Otherwise condition is unknown. Includes power cord. The radio has been in storage for some time and probably should have all the relays, switch contacts, and controls cleaned befor attempting to operate it. It was operational befor going into storage.
